1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Video2Anim ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Video2Anim converts MP4 video files into Roblox R15 KeyframeSequence animations using in-browser AI body tracking (MediaPipe WebAssembly). Videos are processed entirely on your device — they are never uploaded to our servers. The Service is provided via the website anim.willconia.com and the Video2Anim Roblox Studio Plugin. The Service is provided "as is" and results may vary depending on video quality, lighting conditions, and body visibility.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload videos containing illegal content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits through automated means
• Upload videos you do not have rights to process
• Use the Service for commercial resale without permission
• Reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the Service

4. User Content & Copyright

• You retain full ownership of videos you upload
• We do not claim any rights to your video content
• Uploaded videos are permanently deleted after processing
• We do not view, analyze beyond technical processing, or share your videos

Videos from third-party sources (YouTube, TikTok, etc.) may be subject to their respective terms of service. Use at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Inaccurate body tracking or animation results
• Data loss due to technical failures
• Service interruptions or downtime

6. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

7. Open Source Software

This Service uses open-source software components licensed under Apache 2.0, MIT, and BSD 3-Clause licenses. See our Open Source Notices for details.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
